Pizza Night - Friday, 19th June 2026
Come down to the UB Hall on Friday, 8th May for a relaxed, community Pizza Night!
It's the perfect excuse to take the night off cooking and celebrate Mother's Day a little early with family and friends.
We'll have the bar open from 6pm and food ready to order at the same time. Because we now have 2 pizza ovens running, you can get your wood-fired pizzas even faster. If you're after something different, we're also serving up classic sausage sizzles and simple, single-serve grazing platters to enjoy with a drink.
It's a great chance to catch up with the neighbours, support the Hall, and enjoy a laid-back evening in Upper Brookfield. We'd love to see you there.

Lest We Forget.
This Anzac Day, Saturday 25th April, we invite the Upper Brookfield community to gather at the Hall as we remember and honour those who have served and sacrificed for our country.
Anzac Day is a deeply significant day for all Australians. Originally marking the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War at Gallipoli in 1915, it has grown to become a day where we commemorate the contribution of all those who have served and died in all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations. The "Anzac spirit", characterised by courage, mateship, and sacrifice, continues to hold a special place in our national identity.
Coming together as a local community makes this day even more meaningful. The Upper Brookfield area has its own proud history of service and community resilience and gathering at our historic 1934 Hall is a fitting way to pay our respects together.
Bruce will open the coffee cart at 7:00 am, providing a chance for neighbours to connect early in the morning. At 8:00 am, our local bagpiper, Peter Hurwood, will play the Last Post in a moving tribute.
Everyone is welcome to attend. We also invite you to bring along a plate of food to share with your neighbours as we spend the morning together.
Date: Saturday, 25th April
Time: Coffee Cart by Bruce from 7:00 am | Last Post played by Peter Hurwood at 8:00 am
Location: Upper Brookfield Community Hall
What to bring: A plate of food to share
We look forward to standing with you.

The Coffee Cart — Where Community Brews
Each weekday morning, the Hall hums to life as locals gather for their daily dose of coffee, connection, and country calm. What began as a simple coffee stop has grown into a cherished Upper Brookfield tradition — a welcoming space where neighbours meet, friends linger, and newcomers are always greeted with a smile.
Whether you’re grabbing a takeaway on the school run, meeting a mate for a mid-morning chat, or simply soaking up the view with your latte, the Coffee Cart is where the heart of Upper Brookfield comes together — one cup at a time.
When the wood-fired ovens roar to life, you know it’s Pizza Night at Upper Brookfield Hall!
Built by the community and run entirely by volunteers, our pizza nights are a true local favourite — serving up delicious handmade pizzas straight from our two wood-fired ovens.
The bar is open, the music’s playing, and the laughter flows as freely as the drinks. Every slice, sip, and smile helps support the Hall, with all proceeds going straight back into keeping this much-loved community space alive.
